Contact support and let us know about your issue. We will send you a license file called license.txt. Save it on a USB stick or any location you can later recall.

Run east-tec Eraser and go to Support >> Licence Center as shown below:

In the "License Center" you can find the "Activate Key" option. Screenshot below:

At the bottom of the resulting window, select Manual Activation as shown in the screenshot below:

In the resulting window (see below), please select the license.txt file (from the location downloaded before at step 1) by clicking on the circled button (see below). Then click Activate to activate the product.

The following window will confirm your successful activation and you will be requested for restart the product.

That's it! Now, east-tec Eraser has been activated on your PC. After restart, you can see the verification message in the Dashboard once your key has been activated. It informs you that your Subscription Status is Active and it also lets you keep track of your remaining subscription days. See screenshot below (verification message circled):
