No. After sanitizing your hard drive with east-tec DisposeSecure, it will be like a new (unpartitioned and unformatted) hard drive. To be able to use your hard drive again, you must create partitions and format them with any file system you want (Windows XP/Vista/7 and other operating systems will do this automatically for you, when you install them).
