While you are in trial period there is no subscription key installed. To be able to use the product beyond the 15 days trial period, you will need to purchase a subscription.
You may purchase a subscription by going to Support -> License Center.

Once your subscription key was emailed you, connect to the Internet and click Activate Key. The east-tec Eraser Activation Wizard window will open. Please enter your subscription key in the text box provided and click Activate. You will be asked to restart east-tec Eraser to complete the process.
